Privacy Policy

We do not sell, rent, share, transfer, or otherwise disclose your phone number, name, or any other personal information to any third parties or lead generators, for any purpose.

Mobile phone numbers and the consent collected through this opt-in flow are used solely to deliver the SMS messages described in our SMS Terms.

When you opt in via https://www.armoryvb.com/join or by texting JOIN to our number, we collect:

• Your name (so we can address you in messages)
• Your mobile phone number (so we can send you the SMS messages described in our Terms)

We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses for tracking, location data, or any other personal information.

Your name and phone number are used only for:

• Sending you the daily volleyball poll and follow-up confirmation messages
• Sending occasional account messages (signup verification code, welcome message, periodic check-in if you've gone 30 days without responding)
• Honoring opt-out requests

Aggregate counts (e.g., "12 yes, 3 no, 25 maybe") are displayed on the public dashboard at https://www.armoryvb.com. Names are never displayed publicly. Your phone number is visible only to the group's admin.

We use the following service providers to operate the SMS service:

• Twilio — SMS delivery. Twilio receives your phone number and the message content solely to deliver SMS to you, and is bound by their own privacy policy at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
• Railway — application hosting and database. Railway stores the application data described above; they do not process or use it for their own purposes.

No other third parties have access to your information.

If you opt out (by replying STOP), your phone number remains in our database in an inactive state so that you are not accidentally re-added. You can request full deletion of your data at any time using our contact form.

This service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
