SMS Terms of Service

Armory VB is a coordination tool for a private group of approximately 40 recreational volleyball players. The service uses SMS to ask enrolled members whether they intend to play the next day's game, and to broadcast a confirmation when the game is on or cancelled.

This is operated as a small not-for-profit personal project. There is no commercial activity, no advertising, and no fees of any kind.

You can opt in two ways:

• Web form (preferred): Visit https://www.armoryvb.com/join, submit your name and mobile number, then enter the 6-digit verification code we text you.
• SMS keyword: Text JOIN to our number; we'll reply asking for your name, then enroll you.

You may also be added directly by the group's admin if you've personally asked to join. In that case you'll receive a welcome SMS and can immediately reply STOP to opt out.

By completing any of these flows, you explicitly consent to receive SMS messages as described below.

Once enrolled, you will receive:

• A daily poll the day before each game asking whether you intend to play. Reply Y, N, or M (maybe). Sent around the configured poll time (default 10 AM Arizona).
• A follow-up message a few hours later if turnout is uncertain, asking non-responders to weigh in.
• A confirmation message when the game is decided ("Game ON for [date]" or "Cancelled — not enough players").
• Occasional account messages: signup verification code, welcome SMS after enrollment, and a check-in if you go 30 days without responding to anything.

Expected frequency is approximately 2 messages per day on play days. No marketing, no advertising, no promotional content. No purchase is required.

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. Your number is deactivated immediately and you will receive no further messages.
